This is paid, project-based 1099 subcontractor work . This is not an hourly landscaping job or W-2 employee position. We are especially interested in contractors with existing lawn-care, cleanup, landscape installation, property-maintenance, drainage, grading, hardscape, tree-service, or snow-removal capabilities. Pay Contractors receive project-based compensation established before accepted work is completed. Typical smaller maintenance, cleanup, lawn-care, and property-service jobs may range from: $200 to $1,500 per completed project Larger landscape, hardscape, drainage, grading, installation, tree, or property-improvement projects may pay more based on the approved scope. Schedule Contractors maintain their own availability.

Work may include:

Recurring lawn/property maintenance One-time landscape projects Weekday appointments Weekend work when appropriate Spring and fall cleanup Storm-related cleanup Winter snow and ice service Contractors are not required to accept every project offered.
