This is a great opportunity for someone who has spent years in the irrigation field and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role while still working hands-on in the field. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in their work, knows how to lead a crew, communicate with customers, solve problems in the field, and keep jobs moving the right way. Applicants must have no less than 5-10 years of hands-on irrigation experience with strong knowledge of irrigation systems, troubleshooting, repairs, installations, service work, job-site management, and crew supervision. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already knows the trade, is willing and able to work alongside the crew, understands the responsibility of running jobs, and wants to be part of a growing company with steady work, long-term opportunity, and room to grow. The right individual will be dependable, organized, professional, and capable of representing H2O Irrigation Solutions of CT properly with both customers and crew members.
