Seasonal Foreman (Aug-Feb term) Bring the Bright South Florida Davie, FL Job Details Temporary $4,425 - $6,195 a month 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Construction site experience Project leadership Landscaping Roofing Full Job Description Job Summary We're looking for an exceptional seasonal foreman to lead installation crews for a professional Christmas lighting company serving high-end residential and commercial properties. This is one of the most rewarding jobs you'll ever have. Every day you watch neighborhoods transform into something magical, and every customer is excited to see you arrive. You'll lead a team that creates memories families will remember for years. But this isn't an easy job. Our entire season happens in roughly eight weeks. Success requires organization, leadership, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. What You'll Do Lead multiple installation crews Plan each day's work and keep projects on schedule Solve problems in the field Train and motivate seasonal employees Communicate with customers professionally Ensure quality workmanship and safe operations Keep equipment, trailers, and materials organized Be the first person on site each morning and the last person to leave each evening The Person We're Looking For You are: Extremely organized Calm under pressure A natural leader Comfortable making decisions quickly Reliable enough that others depend on you Positive even during long days Able to manage people from many different backgrounds You understand that seasonal employees may require coaching, accountability, and patience while still maintaining high standards. The Schedule This is not a typical seasonal job. From approximately October 20 through December 11 , you'll be expected to work 56 days during a 65-day period .
Expect:
Long hours Six- and seven-day work weeks Early mornings Late evenings Fast-paced work with little downtime If you're looking for an easy holiday job, this isn't it. If you enjoy accomplishing more in eight weeks than most people do in six months, you'll love it.
