We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lawn Foreman to lead a lawn maintenance crew and ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in their work, knows the landscaping industry, and can keep a crew productive and organized. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew Manage daily routes and ensure all properties are serviced properly Operate commercial lawn equipment, including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general lawn maintenance Identify and address lawn and landscape issues Ensure properties meet company quality standards Train, direct, and motivate crew members Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers and management Ensure the crew follows all safety procedures Complete daily jobs efficiently and on schedule Qualifications Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience Previous crew-lead or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of commercial lawn maintenance Experience operating commercial lawn equipment Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lead and manage a crew Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors in hot weather Good communication and problem-solving skills Must be able to lift and carry equipment and materials What We Offer $800-$1,200 per week based on experience Full-time, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Consistent work schedule Leadership position with a growing company Opportunity to earn more based on experience and performance If you are an experienced lawn professional who knows how to lead a crew and takes pride in delivering quality work, apply today!
