Landscape Maintenance Foreman We are looking for a dependable, experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a landscaping crew servicing both commercial and residential properties. This is a hands-on position. The Foreman will be responsible for driving the company truck, managing the daily work of the crew, communicating job expectations, and working alongside the crew to complete landscaping and property maintenance. Responsibilities Drive the company truck and transport crew members, equipment, and materials to job sites Lead and supervise the landscaping crew throughout the workday Organize daily tasks and make sure work is completed efficiently and correctly Perform routine landscape maintenance for commercial and residential properties Mow, edge, trim, weed, blow, prune, and maintain landscaped areas Safely operate landscaping equipment and tools Make sure equipment and tools are properly cared for and accounted for Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer properties Communicate with management regarding job progress, property concerns, equipment issues, or additional work that may be needed Maintain a productive work environment and help keep the crew on schedule Follow company safety procedures and ensure crew members work safely Qualifications Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience required Previous crew leader, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license and ability to safely drive a company truck required Reliable, responsible, and able to arrive to work on time Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working on your feet for extended periods Ability to operate common commercial landscaping equipment Strong communication and leadership skills Able to work independently and make good decisions in the field Bilingual English/Spanish preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can be trusted to lead a crew when management is not on the property. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, professional, and willing to work alongside the crew—not simply supervise from the truck. Our Foreman should be able to keep the crew moving, maintain a high standard of work, and make sure our customers' properties are left looking their best. Landscape maintenance and leadership experience are strongly preferred.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
