Job Description
Build. Ride. Lead. Become Our Next Terrain Park Supervisor at Lookout Pass! Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Terrain Park Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant park facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. This role involves terrain park development and maintenance, supervising staff, and ensuring the park operates smoothly while maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities Lead and manage park operations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Ensure daily inspections are conducted in accordance with NSAA Terrain Park guidelines. Oversee event management, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluations. Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient shift management. Ensure the proper operation and troubleshooting of all equipment including: snowmobiles, snowcats, excavators, snow moving equipment and various hand and power tools. Commit to education and implementation of all safety and risk management policies. Develop Terrain Park Manual in partnership with management. Experience Prior experience in use of snowcat, skidder, backhoe, brush saw chainsaw and similar construction/landscaping equipment. Prior experience working outdoors all day and in variable weather conditions. Valid driver's license Advanced proficiency in skiing or snowboarding is a plus.
