Landscape & Restoration Foreman Jobsite Solutions is seeking an experienced landscape professional to lead our landscaping division, supporting active residential development sites for national homebuilders throughout Northwest Indiana. This is a senior-level position for a true expert in the trade, not a general lawn care role.

Responsibilities:

Lead landscape installation and restoration work across active development sites Make informed judgment calls on grading, drainage, and installation methods based on site conditions Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for landscaping work to guide the training of future employees Train and mentor crew members as the division grows, ensuring work meets quality standards Coordinate scheduling and logistics across multiple active job sites Ensure job site safety compliance Operate independently on job sites with minimal oversight

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in landscape installation, restoration, and drainage work Prior experience leading or supervising a crew Solid understanding of grading and drainage principles Ability to read and interpret site plans NALP Certified Landscape Technician or comparable landscape industry certification preferred State pesticide/herbicide applicator license a plus OSHA 10 or 30-Hour certification preferred Valid driver's license with the ability to safely tow and operate trailers and equipment Strong communication skills

Compensation:

$25-40/hour, commensurate with experience.
