Jobsite Solutions is seeking an experienced erosion control professional to lead our erosion and sediment control division, supporting active residential development sites for national homebuilders throughout Northwest Indiana. This is a senior-level position for someone who brings deep technical expertise, not an entry-level installation role.

Responsibilities:

Lead silt fence and erosion/sediment control installations across active residential development sites Evaluate site conditions (grade, drainage, soil type) and determine the correct installation approach, rather than following a standard spec Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for erosion control installations to guide the training of future employees Operate independently on job sites with minimal oversight

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in erosion and sediment control on active construction sites Working knowledge of

SWPPP/NPDES

stormwater regulations and standard best management practices (BMPs) CPESC (Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control) or CESSWI (Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector) certification preferred OSHA 10 or 30-Hour certification preferred Valid driver's license with the ability to safely tow and operate trailers and equipment Strong independent judgment and problem-solving ability

Compensation:

$25-40/hour, commensurate with experience.

Location:

Hobart, IN and surrounding Northwest Indiana job sites.

Pay:

$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
