We specailize in creating backyard swimming pools and the surrounding environment including the landscape, hardscape, and waterscape. We are looking for talented, detail oriented individuals to add to our team. Landscape Crew Foreman Full time position running a landscape installation crew. Need a very detail oriented person to lead a landscape crew installing large landscapes. Prefer experience with planting large trees. Must have at least 5 years experience as a foreman in landscape installation, be proficient at skid steer loader/tracked loader operation, be authorized to work in the United States, and have reliable transportation. Pay rate starting at $25-28/hr + depending on experience. Health Insurance, 401(k), Holiday Pay, & Paid Time Off/Vacation when meeting employment requirements. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape installation, hardscape installation and assist construction crews as needed to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Identify plants, trees, and materials, ensuring proper planting, pruning, and care; manage mulch, soil, and drainage tasks. Operate or supervise use of equipment such as loaders and skid steers as part of daily landscape operations. Ensure safety protocols are followed, document work orders, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
