In this vital role, you'll oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping operations. Your leadership will ensure our team delivers exceptional outdoor environments for our clients while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily landscaping activities, including lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds maintenance to ensure high-quality results.. Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to promote healthy landscapes and efficient water use. Lead and coordinate a crew of landscapers and groundskeepers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to foster teamwork and productivity. Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and landscape design consistency. Operate company vehicles and groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently during outdoor work activities. Maintain safety protocols across all projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscaping construction projects, or groundskeeping roles. Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills that motivate and develop staff. Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, tree care, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance techniques. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely along with groundskeeping tools such as trimmers, mowers, blowers, and irrigation systems. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent leadership qualities combined with clear communication skills to manage crew members effectively. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles for project transportation or material delivery.
