Role:

As a landscape foreman, you'll be responsible for managing a small crew (1-2 team members) to complete assigned lawn maintenance or landscaping projects safely, efficiently, and on budget. This role includes regular client interaction—from kick-off to end-of-day walkthroughs—to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You'll work throughout Central Maryland on a variety of residential and commercial properties, delivering top-tier lawn maintenance, landscape enhancement, and installation services. What We're Looking For:

Prior landscaping or lawn care experience (highly preferred - we will continue to train the right person) Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team mindset Valid driver's license and clean driving record ( required ) Ability to lead and communicate with crew members and clients effectively

Position Details & Benefits:

Pay:

$22.00-$28.00/hr (based on experience)

Sign On Bonus:

$500 after 30 days of employment. Another $500 after 90 days of employment

Schedule:

4x10-hour days (Monday-Thursday) Occasional Fridays/Saturdays during peak season with potential OT available

Paid Time Off:

40 hours of PTO / paid vacation Paid major holidays 40 hours of paid sick leave accrued annually

Employer pays up to 50%+ of monthly employee premium

OT rates for snow and ice removal
