We handle a wide variety of commercial construction and maintenance work including asphalt, concrete, handyman repairs, installations, assembly, property maintenance, and general construction. The Field Manager will be responsible for visiting job sites, getting crews set up, reviewing the scope of work, making sure the proper materials and equipment are available, overseeing quality and progress, and ensuring jobs are completed correctly and on schedule. Responsibilities Oversee crews and multiple job sites Set crews up and explain job scopes Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment Check quality and progress of work Troubleshoot problems in the field Keep crews organized, productive, and on schedule Take progress and completion photos Communicate updates with the office Perform final job-site walkthroughs Help crews hands-on when needed We are looking for someone with construction experience, leadership skills, and knowledge of multiple trades. You should be comfortable taking charge of a job site, solving problems, and making sure the work gets done right. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Duties Supervise and manage landscaping crews across various construction projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines Oversee lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and groundskeeping activities with attention to detail and quality standards Operate company vehicles safely for site visits, material transport, and crew transportation Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal landscape health Identify plants, trees, shrubs, and ground cover to support horticultural excellence Maintain safety protocols on-site, conduct regular safety inspections, and enforce compliance with company policies Requirements Proven experience supervising outdoor work teams in landscaping or grounds maintenance environments Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance techniques, and horticulture principles Ability to identify various plants and troubleshoot irrigation issues effectively Experience managing construction projects from start to finish Skilled in crew management, team leadership, and motivating staff for peak performance Familiarity with operating grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation tools Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and project stakeholders Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions with a focus on safety and efficiency Join us as a Field Manager to lead vibrant outdoor projects that transform landscapes while fostering a collaborative team environment.
