This position directs the activities of a team of two or more in the construction of custom brick pavers, segmented and natural stone retaining walls, natural stone, masonry, outdoor lighting, and custom hardscape applications i.e. kitchens, fire pits, pizza ovens, pillars, seat walls, etc. for the high-end residential and commercial market segments. We are a National Award-winning company. We install outdoor living environments to include, but not limited to, walkways, patios, driveways, pool patios, roadways, parking lots, and roof plazas. Over the last 36 years, we have installed prestigious applications for places like U of M, Shinola Hotel, Hart Plaza, Wayne State, City of Southfield to name a few as well as very high profile residential applications.

Essential Responsibilities:

Read construction plans and implements the landscape/hardscape portion. Understands elevations and uses this knowledge to execute the construction plan. Operates and maintains, proficiently, a variety of mechanical equipment, to include, but not limited to, skid loaders (with various attachments), tracked loaders, excavators, front-end loader, mechanical paver layer, paver carts, plate compactors, stone grinders, drills, gas, and electric chop saws, chain saws, demolition hammers, and jackhammers. Operates vehicles, such as dump trucks and truck and trailer combinations.
