Pay Range:
$30.00 - $45.00
DOE Benefits:
Paid Sick Time Possibility for full-time year-round employment, if you are interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months. Full-time Benefits eligibility possible with year-round employment.
POSITION SUMMARY
Our Custom Landscape Project Lead is responsible for collaborating with the team on complex outdoor living and landscape design builds. Provides mentorship and guidance to enhance the team's skill set. This position serves as a critical leadership role in the management and delivery of high-quality landscape services. They will build positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and team collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads crews in the build of complex outdoor living and landscape projects Provides direction and coaching of crew to ensure quality outcome Provides mentorship and training to other team members Takes lead on communicating with customer, account manager/designer and internal team Demonstrates the ability to safely operate equipment required for landscape installation Proficient in reading and executing on landscape design prints Stays up to date on current industry standards and techniques Ability to identify and install plants per landscape plan Ability to keep jobs on schedule, on budget and maintaining quality standards Ensures safety procedures are followed, any incidents are reported and properly documented Meets timelines and quality standards for all deliverables including record keeping Performs preventative maintenance on equipment per company policy Demonstrates leadership skills that drive a high performing team Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology to track and report jobs Works collaboratively with the team and company leadership Demonstrates timely and effective communication- verbal, non-verbal, and written Navigates a multilingual environment in a manner that fosters the value of team diversity Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Required 18+ years of age High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of landscape experience including outdoor living elements, pavers, and wall installation 2+ years of crew lead experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug test Preferred CDL - class A license Bilingual English/Spanish (spoken) Benefits Paid Sick time off eligible
