A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities. Works with director to determine current needs for program. Ensure implementation of policies and procedures. Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions. Manage communication through media relations, social media, etc Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda. Support growth and program development. Organizes and oversees program activities and events. Recruits and coordinates volunteers from the local community. Coordinates and monitors teen summer camps. Organizes, and conducts leaders clubs and other teen activities and events. Secures facilities for program activities and events. Performs all other duties as assigned. College Degree in related field or equivalent preferred. One to two years related experience preferred, as a coordinator of people or related activity. Ability to use typical business software and office equipment. Understanding of the role of volunteerism within the YMCA. Completion of YMCA program-specific certifications.
