The Role As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will lead a crew through daily landscape maintenance work, ensuring each property is serviced safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards. This is a working leadership role—you'll work alongside your team, manage daily priorities, solve problems, and set the tone for professionalism and attention to detail. What You'll Do Lead, train, and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew Follow daily routes and service schedules, keeping the crew productive while maintaining quality Perform and oversee hands-on maintenance work, including: Mowing, edging, and string trimming Blowing off walkways, driveways, and other hard surfaces Weeding and maintaining landscape beds Pruning and trimming shrubs and hedges Mulching and seasonal cleanups Leaf and debris removal Monitor plant health and property conditions, reporting concerns to management Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other maintenance equipment safely Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance or repair needs Safely pull trailers and load, secure, and transport equipment Keep trucks, trailers, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Communicate clearly with management and customers about service needs and concerns Check completed work before leaving each property to ensure company standards are met What You'll Bring Proven experience in landscape maintenance, including: Clean Driving record and License Commercial mowing, edging, and trimming Landscape bed care and weed removal Proper pruning techniques for shrubs and hedges Mulching and seasonal cleanups Safe operation and basic care of landscape maintenance equipment Pulling Trailers and securing equipment Experience leading a crew or serving as a crew lead Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset Ability to organize daily work, adjust to weather and changing priorities, and keep a crew productive Commitment to consistent service, safe work practices, and respectful customer interactions Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a strong plusSchedule & Pay $22 per hour 40-45 hours per week Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Start times vary depending on scheduled work load. 1-2 Saturdays per month during peak season, March-November 9 holidays Paid vacation Paid sick leave Why Join Landscape Solutions?
