Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for the design, installation, care and maintenance of plants and landscape features, along with the turf maintenance throughout the clubhouse grounds, pool, and tennis facility. This position works closely with and reports to the Director of Agronomy. This position should have the ability to walk or stand for several hours at a time, possess the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, the ability to bend or crouch repeatedly, and the ability to work in the outdoor elements including heat, cold, rain, ice and snow.
