Job Description
Riley Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance is looking for an experienced, dependable, Spanish speaking, Landscape Foreman to join our growing team in LaGrange, NC. We take pride in providing quality landscaping and lawn maintenance services. We're looking for a motivated leader who can manage a crew, keep projects on schedule, and take pride in delivering excellent results for our customers. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily jobs Organize and coordinate daily work activities Install and maintain landscapes, plants, shrubs, trees, mulch, and other landscape features Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards Train and motivate crew members Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Communicate professionally with customers and management Identify and resolve problems on job sites Properly maintain company equipment and vehicles Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Previous landscaping experience required Foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of landscape installation and lawn maintenance Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and lead a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round employment Opportunities for advancement Quality equipment and tools Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a local landscaping company Apply Today If you're an experienced landscaping professional who is ready to take the lead and build something great with a growing company, Riley Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance wants to hear from you!
