As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Night Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:30am) What's the Job? Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances Perform machine start-up, operation, troubleshooting, and adjustments as needed Complete changeovers and material feedthroughs Conduct first piece inspections and use gauges and calipers to verify finished workpieces What's Needed? Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing experience preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 35 lbs Willingness to work overtime and some weekend hours as required What's in it for me?
