Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced crew leader for our tree company. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and supervision of various tree removal and pruning projects, ensuring our clients are receiving high-quality services. Your leadership will inspire your crew to deliver exceptional outdoor environments while maintaining safety standards and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse tree removal projects using top of the line equipment including cranes, bucket trucks, skid steers, woodchippers and stump grinders. Duties Oversee daily shop duties (morning and end of day checklists) and ensure crews have proper tools and equipment for the days work and return with equipment. Lead and manage a team of tree climbers, equipment operators and ground personnel, providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure productivity and safety Meet with clients to review scope of work before the start of project, answer questions and ensure satisfaction at the end of project before the crew leaves. Oversee various types of tree removal and pruning projects. Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently, including company vehicles when necessary Manage multiple outdoor projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols Requirements US Citizen, proper drivers license and over 21 years of age CDL is not required but an added bonus 2 years minimum experience with tree work Ability to operate grounds equipment safely along with company vehicle operation skills Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent organizational skills for crew management Familiarity with outdoor tools and landscaping equipment operation for efficient project execution Join us if you're interested in building a career in the tree industry. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
