We specialize in creating high-end outdoor spaces, including paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, artificial turf, walkways, pool decks, and other custom hardscape projects. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a small hardscape/masonry crew Install paver patios, walkways, walls, steps, and retaining walls Build outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and other masonry features Perform grading, excavation, base preparation, and compaction Read and follow project plans and layouts Maintain high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and jobsite cleanliness Manage day-to-day production and keep projects moving efficiently Communicate with the owner and team regarding project progress and materials Operate common construction equipment and tools safely What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in masonry, hardscaping, or landscape construction Strong knowledge of paver and retaining wall installation Experience leading a crew or managing jobsites Ability to read layouts, measurements, and project plans Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions Experience with outdoor kitchens, natural stone, artificial turf, or pool decks is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent, year-round work Opportunity for growth within a growing company A variety of high-end residential projects A team that takes pride in quality workmanship Potential for increased responsibility and compensation as you grow with the company Paid Holidays Paid time off We're looking for a leader—not just someone who can install.
