The Production Supervisor is a hands-on position handling the day to day of the maintenance crews for commercial landscape customers. Responsibilities Included but not limited to the following: Scheduling and routing maintenance routes Overseeing quality control of properties Load and unload heavy equipment and tools as needed. Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and materials each day. Attend and participate in crew and department general and safety meetings. Truck and trailer standardization and cleanliness, maintain inventory for irrigation vehicles. Use of technology for communication Communicate daily with customer success managers on progress and planning. Daily start up and shut down procedures. Inspect and troubleshoot irrigation systems to identify Adjust irrigation schedules and settings based on weather conditions and specific plant needs
