Crew Leader Responsibilities:

As a Siding Crew Leader , you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire siding installation process, ensuring the highest quality of work is completed on time and on budget. Lead a siding installation crew, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Provide clear direction and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Install various types of siding or roofing, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of the process. Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor on job sites, ensuring a positive customer experience. Ensure all work meets or exceeds company quality standards.

Siding Crew Leader Qualifications:

Proven siding installation experience (required). Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. A strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, family-like attitude. Valid drivers license and CLEAN driving record

REQUIRED

Prefer Bilingual in Spanish and English.
