Full Job Description Aesthetics, Inc. is a small 20-year-old gardening/landscaping business. We enjoy a Spring, Summer and Fall of working outside, with winter off. You can too. We seek an energetic individual who enjoys the great outdoors and doesn't mind getting his/her hands dirty. We work closely with people who love their gardens by helping them keep them beautiful. You will meet many great individuals working with our customer base, and you will love the environments you work in. You will eventually be asked to work with and supervise 1 other associate to meet our customers' needs. You will work 40 hours per week when the weather allows. We need someone with experience with this type of work and hope you have had some experience in a supervisory role.

Compensation:

We would start you with a salary of $32,000.00/yr., paid through the entire calendar year, with a $1,000.00 raise after two successful months of work. You would receive 10 paid holidays, additional paid personal leave time during the growing season, and approximately 8 weeks of time off during January and February. Further increases in your salary will depend on your performance. You would be eligible for up to $1,000.00 per year to help pay for personal health insurance after one year of employment.
