Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate on-site landscape construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a team environment, communicates effectively with crew members, subcontractors, and clients, and ensures projects are completed on time and to our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate landscape construction and maintenance crews and subcontractors on multiple job sites. Up to five crews at a time. Ensure all work is completed according to design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines Maintain clear, consistent communication with project managers, clients, and crew members Lead by example to promote a positive, team-oriented work environment Monitor site progress, provide daily updates, and solve problems as they arise Manage materials, equipment, and schedules to maximize efficiency Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance Support training and development of crew members
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role Strong knowledge of hardscape, grading, irrigation, and drainage systems Excellent communication and team leadership skills Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and lift 50+ lbs
