Overview Join our dynamic landscaping and maintenance team as a Landscaping and Maintenance Foreman, where your leadership will drive the transformation of indoor and outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise crews, and ensure the highest standards of groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and hardscaping projects. Duties Lead and supervise landscaping crews to execute lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds maintenance tasks efficiently and safely. Oversee hardscaping construction projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures from planning to completion. Perform maintenance on all equipment Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles to maintain outdoor spaces effectively. Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure project deadlines are met. Enforce safety protocols across all outdoor activities while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Find, identify, and fix problems without being directed. Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping roles with demonstrated crew management skills. Extensive outdoor work experience involving lawn care, gardening, tree care, and general grounds maintenance. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely while adhering to safety standards; experience with construction or hardscaping is desirable. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high-quality workmanship in fast-paced outdoor environments. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
