Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner / Production Planner to join our manufacturing team. Duties Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer demands, inventory levels, and capacity constraints using advanced manufacturing management systems such as SAP and ERP platforms. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, engineering, and operations to synchronize production activities and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to forecast material needs, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate procurement activities to prevent shortages or excess stock. Analyze production data through Excel and supply chain analytics tools to identify bottlenecks, improve process flow, and implement lean manufacturing principles. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying Six Sigma methodologies and lean management techniques to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes. Monitor production performance metrics regularly, prepare reports on key indicators, and recommend adjustments to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards. Support plant management in implementing process improvements, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. Skills Strong expertise in production management systems such as

SAP, ERP

systems, and manufacturing management software. Proficiency in MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Excel data analysis, and supply chain management tools. Deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process improvement strategies. Proven experience in production scheduling, operations management, and plant management within a manufacturing setting. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication across departments. Skilled in supply chain analytics, quality control practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making and optimize manufacturing workflows.
