Pay:

$24.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience and area of expertise. Candidates looking for a higher hourly rate are encouraged to apply. Higher rates may be available for higher skilled candidates.

Landscape Co. is building our pipeline of experienced Team Leaders for current and future opportunities across our field operations teams. We're looking for people who know their trade, know how to get a crew moving, and are ready to take the next step in their career. You may be an experienced Crew Leader, Foreman, Working Foreman, Team Lead, Lead Technician, or Supervisor . You may already be leading a team, or you may be the person everyone looks to when the work needs to get done right. Either way, we want to hear from you. Our Team Leaders work hands-on in the field while providing day-to-day leadership to their crews. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for helping your crew successfully complete daily work while maintaining our standards for safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.

Responsibilities may include:

Lead and work alongside a field crew Plan and organize the day's work Assign tasks and keep the team moving efficiently Make sure work is completed correctly and according to project requirements Train, coach, and support team members Help less-experienced employees develop their skills Monitor job progress, productivity, and quality Identify issues in the field and communicate them to leadership Read and understand plans, layouts, measurements, or specifications when applicable Safely operate and oversee the use of tools, equipment, and machinery Maintain an organized, professional, and safe job site Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and leadership Complete required timekeeping, job documentation, and equipment checks Help ensure the crew has the materials, tools, and equipment needed to be successful Take ownership of the team's work and results Support other crews and projects when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Your background may include:

Crew Leader Team Leader Crew Foreman Working Foreman Lead Technician Field Supervisor Landscape Supervisor Construction Foreman Or another hands-on leadership role You should have: Experience in one or more of our areas of work The ability to lead people while working alongside them A strong understanding of your trade or area of expertise Good communication and organizational skills The ability to solve problems and make decisions in the field A commitment to safety and quality Reliability and a strong work ethic The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions A valid driver's license preferred Leadership experience is preferred, but we're also interested in experienced professionals who are ready to step into leadership.

MOWING & LAWN CARE

Crew leadership, mowing operations, trimming, edging, equipment operation, lawn maintenance

BEDCARE & ENHANCEMENTS

Landscape maintenance, planting, pruning, seasonal color, garden maintenance, enhancements

LANDSCAPE

Landscape installation, planting, grading, site preparation, general landscape construction

HARDSCAPE

Patios, walkways, walls, pavers, grading, excavation, base preparation, hardscape installation

CARPENTRY

Outdoor structures, decks, pergolas, framing, finish carpentry, woodworking MASONRY Stonework, brick, block, retaining walls, veneer, concrete, masonry installation
