What will I do as Grounds Supervisor for The Wesley Community? The primary purpose of the Grounds Supervisor position is to plan, organize, develop, and supervise the overall operation of the grounds landscaping and snow removal in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as directed by the Director of Facilities to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner. Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and supervise the grounds department Assume the performance of tasks required to maintain the condition of the facility grounds and equipment are in good repair to function properly, reliably and safely Perform maintenance and grounds work orders as assigned Perform administrative requirements, such as completing necessary forms, reports, evaluations, etc. and submitting them to the Director of Facilities Review departmental grievances and make written reports to the Director Assure that outside services are properly completed/supervised in accordance with contracts/work orders. Handle dealings with contractors/contracted services representatives

Grounds Supervisor Requirements :
