The Role We are looking for a Commercial Irrigation Installation Foreman to lead on-site execution of commercial irrigation installs — from HOAs to apartments, retail centers, schools, and municipal projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to run a crew, read engineered plans, and get the job done safely and with excellence will set you apart. What You'll Do Lead and supervise commercial irrigation installation crews (2-6 installers) Coordinate and execute installs per engineered plans and specs Layout systems, pull pipe, set sleeves, wire controllers (including 2-wire), and install heads/backflow assemblies Read plans, call out materials, collaborate with PMs and GCs Maintain high productivity and quality standards Enforce strict safety protocols on every jobsite Communicate professionally with clients and project managers Troubleshoot field issues and provide on-the-fly solutions Ensure projects are on schedule and within scope What You Bring ✔ Strong leadership — ability to train, motivate, and hold a crew accountable ✔ Plan reading + layout experience (commercial focus) ✔ Equipment operation experience ✔ Preferred 3+ years commercial irrigation installation experience ✔Comfortable with trenchers, plows, controllers, sleeves, backflow, and 2-wire systems ✔ Organized, proactive, safety-oriented, and quality-driven ✔ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Why Rain One Competitive pay based on experience Health and retirement benefits (company match) Growth opportunities into Project Management/Operations Training and skill development People-centric culture built on accountability & teamwork Work where your leadership matters
