Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn/Landscape Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping teams. In this dynamic role, you will oversee all aspects of landscape projects, ensuring high-quality execution from start to finish. Your leadership will drive team performance, coordinate hardscaping construction projects, and maintain the beauty and health of our clients' outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance, including lawn care, gardening, pruning, and groundskeeping activities. Lead hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and company vehicles. Oversee crew management by assigning tasks effectively, monitoring work quality, and providing mentorship to team members. Ensure all outdoor work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining a focus on quality craftsmanship. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in outdoor settings or landscaping projects. Knowledge of plant identification, tree care practices, and grounds maintenance techniques. Hands-on experience with hardscaping construction projects Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely; familiarity with groundskeeping tools is essential. Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle; experience with hardscape installation is a plus. Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities; capable of managing crews effectively in outdoor environments.
