Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Mowing Foreman to lead our lawn care and landscape maintenance crews. This vital role involves supervising daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring high quality mowing services. Duties Supervise and guide a team of 1-2 crew members on daily jobs sites Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and weedeating Safely operate and perform basic field maintenance on commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers Coordinate daily routes, manage time limits, and ensure all property care standards are met Act as the main point of contact for clients on site and address specific property requests Fill out daily work orders accurately and efficiently to track completed jobs Qualifications and Skills 1-2 years of professional mowing and lawn maintenance experience A valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate company trucks and trailers Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift heavy objects (50lbs or more) Strong interpersonal skills to manage workers and talk with customers
