Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

As a Landscape Crew Manager you will lead the charge in creating stunning outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality results on a variety of outdoor projects. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence across all groundskeeping and landscaping tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor landscaping crews ensuring safe and efficient work execution Capture and report all time and materials usage daily in our landscape management software Conduct daily briefings covering schedules, safety, and task assignments Monitor job progress, quality standards, and client satisfaction on-site Foster a positive team culture aligned with company core values: community, attention to detail, safety, professionalism, and accountability Collaborate with operations and management for scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance consistently Duties Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or related outdoor work environments. Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced settings. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, tree care, and grounds management techniques. Skilled in irrigation management and troubleshooting irrigation systems for efficient water use. Experience with hardscape construction projects including patios, pathways, walls, or similar structures. Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely; familiarity with landscaping tools is essential. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and crew supervision. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; attention to detail is critical for success.
Qualifications:
