Job Description

Job Overview Job Description:
A very reputable landscaping company is looking to hire a Landscape Manager to oversee 3-4 crews across our residential and commercial properties. We're looking for someone with 3+ years experience managing crews in the landscape or hardscape industry — OR a college/business degree with strong leadership potential. We're open to bringing in the right person who may not come from the industry background but brings strong management, organizational, or business skills to the table and is willing to learn the trade side. Industry experience is a plus but not the only path in. This role oversees daily production, quality, and safety across multiple crews, and also handles estimating — identifying add-on work and pricing jobs directly with clients. Must be comfortable driving trucks with trailers and have a vehicle medical card. Experience operating skid loaders and excavators is a plus. Knowledge of plants, pruning, and landscape equipment is a plus. Must be able to manage layout and installation across multiple active job sites at once, not just run a single crew. If it rains during the week we have to catch up on Saturdays. We have all newer equipment and are meticulous about it. We like clean equipment for a professional appearance. We will provide uniform shirts, sweatshirts and tees. Must be motivated, punctual, and professional. We maintain a growing number of both residential and commercial properties, as well as some commercial new construction work. We have work. Snow removal experience is a plus. This is a salaried position with a management commission structure on top, plus bonuses and snow season bonuses.
