Job Description
Keystone Gardens is hiring an experienced Holiday Lighting Installation Crew Leader to lead residential holiday lighting projects. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a dependable professional who can confidently lead a crew, work safely on roofs and ladders, and ensure every installation is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Safety is our top priority. The Crew Leader must be comfortable working at heights, properly using harnesses and safety equipment, and ensuring all crew members follow established safety procedures. Responsibilities Lead and oversee holiday lighting installation projects Direct crew members and assign daily responsibilities Install holiday lighting on rooftops and other elevated areas Safely work on roofs, ladders, and harness systems Ensure all safety procedures are followed Maintain an organized and professional job site Inspect completed installations for quality and accuracy Keep projects on schedule during the busy holiday season Represent Keystone Gardens professionally with customers Required Experience and Qualifications Professional experience with holiday lighting installation, roofing, exterior construction, or similar work at heights Previous crew leadership or job-site leadership experience Proven ability to work safely and confidently on roofs and ladders Experience using harnesses and required safety equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently during a busy season Valid driver's license required
