Job Overview Southern Visions Lawn & Landscape, LLC is seeking an organized, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Field Services Coordinator to support our growing Landscape and Irrigation Divisions. This position serves as the link between our sales, purchasing, and field operations teams to ensure every project is properly estimated, materials are ordered, and crews have everything they need before arriving on the job site. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong horticultural or landscape construction background who enjoys planning projects, sourcing materials, preparing estimates, and coordinating work schedules. While this position is primarily office-based, occasional site visits will be required to verify field conditions and assist with project planning. Primary Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates for landscape enhancement, irrigation, drainage, and small landscape construction projects. Develop material takeoffs from landscape plans and field measurements. Source and purchase plants, irrigation supplies, hardscape materials, mulch, pine straw, drainage products, and other landscape materials. Build relationships with local nurseries and landscape suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure product availability. Coordinate project scheduling with the Field Operations Manager to maximize crew efficiency. Order materials and ensure they are delivered to job sites on schedule. Maintain vendor pricing and update estimating information as costs change. Assist with project planning and sequencing to ensure successful installations. Visit job sites as needed to verify measurements, review project requirements, and resolve material or installation questions. Work closely with sales staff, production crews, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 7•years of experience•in the landscape, irrigation, nursery, or landscape construction industry. Strong knowledge of ornamental plants, trees, shrubs, irrigation components, drainage products, and hardscape materials. Experience preparing estimates and material takeoffs. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word). Ability to read landscape plans and construction drawings. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience Experience purchasing landscape materials from wholesale nurseries and suppliers. Knowledge of irrigation systems, drainage installations, retaining walls, pavers, and outdoor living products. Experience with estimating or landscape management software. South Carolina Certified Nursery Professional (SCNLA) certification is a plus. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
