As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Field Manager to lead our Columbia Division. The successful candidate will embody our core values of integrity, motivation, professionalism, accountability, communication, and teamwork. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in Landscape Install/Construction field. 1-3 years exp. Irrigation Install/ Service Field Ability to manage 3-4 crews. Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. Valid Driver's License. Responsibilities Direct, organize, and control project activities in the Production/New Home Division. Monitor daily schedules and job tracking. Regularly visit job sites to observe work organization, identify training issues, and ensure quality work. Manage labor teams and maintain company goal of less than 5% overtime. Track progress and quality of work performed by design disciplines/trades in collaboration with the VP of Operations. Ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Manage contemplated change notices and change orders. Delegate tasks effectively to team members and ensure clear communication.
