A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Requirements:

5+ years of landscape maintenance experience Valid driver's license (mandatory) Able to lift 50 lbs + handle physical work Strong Leadership, Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage a maintenance crew on daily routes Ensure company standards are met or exceeded on every property Safely operate equipment and maintain truck/trailer to a premium standard Communicate with the Account Manager and attend monthly team lead meetings

Pay:

From $19.00 per hour
