Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Crew Foreman to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on landscape maintenance, hardscaping construction projects, and groundskeeping tasks. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about horticulture, outdoor work, and team management, ready to motivate crew members and maintain beautiful, functional landscapes. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape activities, including gardening, tree care, and groundskeeping Lead hardscaping construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features. Identify various plants, trees, and groundcover to ensure proper care and landscape design adherence Operate equipment safely and efficiently; including company vehicles and landscaping tools Assign tasks to crew members based on skill levels and project requirements; monitor progress throughout the day Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols across all outdoor work activities Skills Extensive experience in landscape installation, hardscaping construction projects, and enhancement projects. Proven supervising experience with strong team management skills; capable of leading a crew effectively Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and tree care techniques Skilled in irrigation management—installation, troubleshooting, repairs—and understanding of irrigation systems Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely; including company vehicles and specialized tools for hardscape installation Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety and quality workmanship Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to motivate team members and coordinate tasks effectively Join us to lead a dynamic team dedicated to creating stunning outdoor environments! Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
