This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Manage and oversee crews. Visit job sites to ensure quality, safety, and productivity. Read and interpret landscape plans and communicate project requirements to crew leaders. Coordinate daily schedules and keep projects on track. Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews, office staff, and clients. Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve concerns. Conduct quality control inspections and address issues before project completion. Run job-related errands, including picking up materials and coordinating deliveries. Ensure crews have the equipment, materials, and information needed to complete each job successfully. Train, coach, and support crew leaders to improve performance and workmanship. Qualifications Previous experience managing landscape construction or maintenance crews. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required . Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions in the field. Schedule & Expectations This is not a typical 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. position . Candidates must be willing to work long hours as needed to ensure projects are completed and crews are supported. Weekend and holiday work may be required , depending on project schedules, weather, and business needs. Must be dependable, flexible, and willing to do what it takes to keep operations running smoothly.
