Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. In this role, you will supervise a team of landscapers and horticulturists, coordinate daily operations, and ensure that all landscape maintenance, construction, and gardening tasks are completed on time and to client specifications. Your leadership will drive team performance, promote safety protocols, and uphold the company's reputation for excellence in outdoor beautification. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities including pruning, planting, fertilizing, and lawn care to ensure vibrant and healthy outdoor spaces. Lead landscaping and construction projects from planning through execution, including site preparation, planting, and design implementation. Oversee tree care operations such as pruning, trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and tree vitality. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on horticulture best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status or landscape conditions. Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects such as hardscaping or garden installation. Familiarity with tree care practices including pruning methods and disease management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high safety standards. Background in gardening or horticulture with a passion for creating sustainable and aesthetically pleasing landscapes.
