This role is responsible for leading irrigation production, managing crews, overseeing enhancement projects, and ensuring high-quality results for our commercial landscape clients. We are looking for a motivated leader who can drive efficiency, support team development, and deliver exceptional results in the field. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of irrigation operations and contribute to the continued success and growth of our San Antonio branch. Responsibilities Oversee and manage processes to ensure irrigation projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Company quality standards, while meeting client expectations. Manage large-scale irrigation enhancement projects, including major repairs, drip conversions, controller upgrades, drainage solutions, and system improvements. Lead, train, and develop irrigation crews to promote safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship in the field. Plan daily job activities, coordinate resources, and ensure crews have the necessary plans, materials, and equipment to successfully complete projects. Supervise irrigation installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring proper installation and functionality of valves, controllers, pumps, emitters, and related components. Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify irrigation issues and develop effective solutions. Monitor project progress, labor hours, materials, and job costs to ensure projects remain within budget and meet production goals. Coordinate with clients, account managers, and internal teams to communicate project updates, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service. Manage equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure proper usage, maintenance, storage, and availability for field operations. Maintain accurate project documentation, including job reports, cost tracking, billing paperwork, repair records, and progress updates. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial irrigation as a Production Manager or similar role Valid Texas Driver's License required TCEQ Irrigator Technician certification or Licensed Irrigator required Familiarity with automated irrigation control systems for troubleshooting complex issues.
