Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead outdoor landscaping projects . In this dynamic role, you will manage a team of crew members, coordinate landscaping and hardscaping construction projects, and ensure the highest standards of, quality installation. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, safety, and quality, creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor environments that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping crews engaged in planting, pruning, hardscaping construction. Oversee the installation and repair of irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering efficiency and plant health. Lead hardscape projects including the construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and safety. Manage equipment operation such as groundskeeping tools, landscape machinery, company vehicles, and specialized horticulture equipment. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and ground cover to ensure proper care and maintenance practices are followed. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulations while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Collaborate with clients to understand project scope and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations through effective team management. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, or groundskeeping with a strong knowledge of horticulture principles. Demonstrated supervising experience leading teams on outdoor projects involving landscaping or hardscaping construction. Skilled in plant identification, irrigation management, tree care, and grounds maintenance techniques. Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently; experience with construction projects is a plus. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; familiarity with outdoor work environments is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crew members effectively while maintaining safety standards. Knowledge of landscape design principles, hardscape installation processes, and outdoor construction practices.
