Job Description

Prestonwood Landscape Services is looking for an experienced Installation Production Manager to lead our San Antonio Installation Department. This person will oversee commercial landscape installation, enhancements, and new construction projects and will be responsible for keeping crews, materials, equipment, and projects on track. We are looking for someone who has hands-on commercial landscape experience and understands what it takes to get a project completed correctly and on time. Responsibilities Oversee all installation work in the San Antonio market, including enhancements and new construction. Schedule and manage crews based on upcoming and current projects. Make sure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards. Track production and look for ways to improve efficiency and profitability. Order materials and coordinate deliveries for projects. Manage material inventory and make sure crews have what they need to complete their work. Manage department equipment and fleet. Hire, train, and manage employees within the department. Track employee performance and address performance issues when needed. Communicate with branch leadership about completed, current, and upcoming work. Keep the branch informed of project issues, successes, and areas that need improvement. Work with other departments to coordinate schedules and project needs. Make sure crews are following proper commercial landscape installation practices. Qualifications 2+ years experience managing commercial landscape projects and crews. Strong knowledge of common landscape installation practices and industry standards. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Basic Microsoft Office skills required. Experience with Aspire is a plus, but not required. Valid Driver License What We're Looking For We need someone who knows commercial landscape installation from the ground up. You should be comfortable working with crews, dealing with project issues, managing materials, and making decisions in the field. The right candidate will have a track record of completing quality work, keeping projects organized, and getting the most out of their crews. This is a hands-on management position for someone who is ready to take ownership of the San Antonio Installation Department.
