Overview Seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman in a growing landscape company in Utah County to lead our field operations and crews. We currently have a team of 9 employees across multiple crews, including a dedicated irrigation technician, a lawn care crew, and a landscaping crew. This role primarily leads the landscaping team while helping coordinate overall field operations as needed. This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who leads by example, takes ownership of their work, and wants to be part of building a strong, growing company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership/foreman experience (required)
  • Minimum 2+ years of landscaping experience (required)
  • Must be 21+ (insurance requirement)
  • Clean driving record
  • Safe and responsible driving habits
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively Experience & skills needed (2+yrs required): Landscaping
  • Operation of basic landscaping equipment
  • Landscape clean‑ups, planting, and aesthetic maintenance Hardscapes
  • Proper installation of pavers and small retaining walls (up to 3 ft) Irrigation
  • Starting systems, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs with minimal assistance
  • Ability to understand or quickly learn multiple controller types General
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards of our company
  • Professional, reliable, and customer focused
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Review job plans daily and ensure full understanding of project requirements
  • Drive company truck and trailer safely with crew to job sites
  • Pick up and load materials and supplies as needed
  • Lead and work alongside the landscaping crew daily
  • Set the standard by example—never ask a team member to do something you wouldn't do
  • Supervise and coordinate operations for efficiency and quality
  • Coordinate with other crews (irrigation and lawn care) as needed
  • Perform and oversee: mowing, trimming, clean-ups, planting and landscape installs, irrigation repairs/installs, & basic hardscape installations
  • Manage tree‑related tasks including planting and removals (of 30ft or less)
  • Operator for heavy machinery jobs
  • Ensure you have all the proper equipment and tools per job and they are maintained and in proper working condition before starting jobs (ensuring best time efficiency with each trip to job sites).
  • Some Training. Mentor, and support of crew members in best practices and safety procedures in professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding project needs and progress
  • Enforce safety regulations and company policies at all times
  • Maintain cleanliness of truck cab
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance: fluids, tire pressure, and general condition
Growth Opportunity:
While the primary focus is leading field operations, there is opportunity to help grow the company over time and take on additional responsibilities such as:
  • Assisting and over time do the job planning and coordination
  • Meeting with customers for the planning
  • Supporting estimating and bidding
  • Helping ensure jobs are completed accurately for proper invoicing and payment We are looking for someone who can contribute to both day-to-day operations and the continued growth of the company.
Job Type:
  • Full‑time.

Pay:
  • $25.00
  • $30.
00 per hour (DoE)
Schedule:
  • Day shift 7a-5p (Depends on the day or job)
  • Monday-Friday
  • Occasional weekend work as needed
