Job Summary The Landscape/Irrigation Foreman is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily work activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. This role serves as the primary on-site leader and liaison between crew members, management, and clients. We service Northern Virginia and Front Royal/Winchester. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew members on job sites
• Plan daily tasks and assign work to meet project timelines
• Ensure quality workmanship on maintenance and installation projects
• Operate and oversee the use of tools, equipment and machinery
• Train, motivate, and support crew members
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate with management and clients regarding job progress
• Load materials, manage job-site organization, and maintain cleanliness
• Track time, materials, and job progress as required Qualifications
• 2+ years of landscaping or irrigation experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of landscape or irrigation maintenance and/or installation practices
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license (required)

Pay:

From $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
