Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering phones with a warm and helpful attitude, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting payments, assisting with insurance information, maintaining an organized front desk, and supporting a smooth patient flow throughout the day. Dental front office experience is preferred, but we are especially interested in finding someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow with our practice. •Dental experience is required
•Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently Answer phones and respond to patient questions in person and over the phone Maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA guidelines Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processing Collect payments and support billing and collections as needed Complete filing and general clerical tasks Deliver excellent patient service at every interaction Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is required Experience with Dentrix, Eagle soft, Open Dental or similar dental software Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to manage multi-line phone systems professionally Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Attention to detail and respect for patient confidentiality Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Join our team in a role where your dental experience truly matters.
