Your Role:
As a Riverside Custom Outdoors Team Member , you'll play a vital role in bringing our clients' outdoor visions to life. Some days, you'll assist in building high-end outdoor spaces with expert hardscaping and landscaping techniques. No matter the task, you'll uphold the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Outdoor Living Construction (Creativity & Excellence)
  • Assist with installation of paver patios, in-ground swimming pools, retaining walls, landscaping, and outdoor living features
  • Perform grading, drainage, site preparation, and landscape installation
  • Install trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, and other softscape elements
  • Operate construction tools and equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, compactors, and saws
  • Drive company trucks and tow large equipment and material trailers
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, safe, and professional
  • Follow plans, elevations, and direction from project leadership while maintaining Riverside's standards for craftsmanship Team & Client Collaboration (Relationships & Honesty)
  • Work efficiently as part of a skilled team to complete projects with excellence and care
  • Follow guidance from team leads and supervisors to maintain high standards of service
  • Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring their outdoor spaces receive the attention and expertise they deserve
  • Represent Riverside Custom Outdoors with integrity, courtesy, and professionalism

Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
