In this role, you will support our Consulting Arborists, help deliver seamless client experiences, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism and expertise. What You Will Own Front-Line Customer Service & Reception Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and in-office visitors Deliver a warm, professional, and knowledgeable first impression that builds trust from the first interaction Answer questions, schedule consultations, and route inquiries efficiently to the right Consulting Arborist Consulting Arborist Support Provide dedicated administrative and logistical support to our Consulting Arborists so they can focus on clients and sales Manage calendars, schedule appointments, prepare client information, and follow up on outstanding items Coordinate internal communication so the sales team has what they need when they need it Technical & Process Support Develop working knowledge of our services, processes, and basic tree/shrub care concepts to support accurate client conversations Assist with gathering property details, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth handoffs between sales and operations Help maintain accurate client records and CRM data Customer Service Excellence Proactively resolve routine client questions and concerns with a solution-oriented mindset Escalate complex issues appropriately while keeping clients informed Contribute to a positive, responsive client experience that reinforces Arborscapes' reputation for professionalism and care Who Thrives in This Role You take pride in being organized, dependable, and detail-oriented You enjoy supporting a high-performing sales team and making their work easier You communicate clearly and professionally both over the phone and in writing You are calm under pressure and naturally service-minded Green industry, landscaping, arboriculture, or related experience is a strong plus You align with our values of Grit, Passion, Ownership, and Continuous Growth Why Arborscapes Join a professional, growing company that values its people and takes pride in doing the work the right way.
