A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
- Experience in horticulture, estate gardening, public gardens, arboreta, or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of perennials, annuals, trees, shrubs, and landscape maintenance in Zone 7b.
- Experience with pruning, plant identification, soil management, and sustainable horticultural practices.
- Ability to operate landscape equipment and perform physical outdoor work.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Degree or certification in horticulture, landscape management, arboriculture, or related field preferred.
